El proyecto de la torre consiste en un edificio habitacional con 36 niveles, mismo que sería construido en la ciudad de México, su caracteristica principal de dicho proyecto es brindar departamentos que incluyan jardin en el patio trasero con 160 metros cuadrados. Los creadores Meir Lobaton y Kristjan Donaldson quienes diseñaron un edificio de 36 niveles con una superficie por nivel de 400 m2 y un jardín de 160 m2, rotando cada uno de los niveles 90° con el objetivo de que los árboles y demas plantas que sean acondicionadas sean capaces de crecer y aprovechar la luz natural, ademas de generar un entorno agradable a la ciudad fusionando arquitectura y naturaleza.
