Operations Shifts Manager

An important Terminal operator in Puerto Nuevo Buenos Aires is looking for a Shift Manager

The candidate will be responsible for directing the management of union employees, he/she will lead all work assignments for Terminal workforce in a productive, cost effective and safe manner, supervise the work-plan of vessels operating or expected at the terminal, supervise yards operations, develop and maintain communication and relationship with terminal management, external agencies, contract vendors and government regulatory agencies.

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy and cultural understanding. Must posses considerable drive and interest in taking on new tasks, strong analytical and accurate working skills, ability to solve problems and to adapt under changing priorities or unexpected situations.
